Danggu Geikie Gorge boat tour

2018 sees the launch of our new purpose-built 12m vessel with comfortable shaded seating, a PA system and a centre walkway for wheelchairs.

MS Casey Ross is named after an elder of the Danggu muway, or clan; the first Bunuba traditional owner to build a relationship with Parks and Wildlife Service. The boat features hand-painted freshwater crocodiles, sawfish, red-tailed black cockatoos and brolgas and was designed in consultation with the Bunuba people.

Enjoy the panoramic views while Parks and Wildlife Service rangers take you on a guided journey through Danggu Geikie Gorge where you will learn about the stunning geology, wildlife and cultural significance of this ancient gorge.
