A trip up Geikie Gorge is a must for all travellers to the West Kimberley

This one hour boat tour in the iconic Geikie Gorge, carved by the mighty Fitzroy River in the Kimberley region, gives a fascinating insight into the gorge’s wildlife and geology. You can see crocodiles, wallabies, and birds such as sea eagles, brolgas and rare purple-crowned fairy-wrens, against the backdrop of contrasting colours of the gorge walls.

Tickets and booking

Private individuals do not need to book in advance. Tickets for the tour can be purchased at the gorge up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to ensure an on-time departure. (Boat tour bookings will be introduced for the 2018 season)
