Native fauna taxidermies
The Wellington Discovery Forest Education Centre offers a fascinating and extensive collection of native fauna taxidermies displayed within their habitats. One of our experienced leaders will be available to provide information on the specimens and you can get close to unique and secretive nocturnal native animals.
To keep the kids engaged, we will also be running some great documentaries, a touch table of interesting artifacts to explore and a range of papercraft activities where they can build their own animal.

Week 2 : Monday 13 July, Wednesday 15 July, Friday 17 July and Saturday 18 July.

Test your senses with a blindfold rope trail which offers a fun and interactive sensory encounter with nature.
This activity must be booked in advance and is $10.00 per child.
