The current Baden Powell campground was opened in 2013. It has three sheltered camp kitchens with gas barbeques, cold water taps (collected rainwater), dishwashing sinks, food preparation surfaces and dining tables and benches.
The 42 individual camp sites include a range of layouts to cater for tents, campervans, caravans and camper trailers.
Four of the camp sites, one of the camp kitchens and one toilet block have been designed for wheelchair access.
Camping at Baden Powell offers a range of recreational activities that can be done within Lane Poole Reserve, from bushwalking, to mountain biking and swimming or canoeing in the Murrary River.
